First-party base statistics
Production pages send one cookieless request to /collect/ on page load. It reuses the cluster's established fields for the current page, referrer when available, browser language, local timestamp and timezone. The shared service derives the site domain and processes network information to aggregate visits and search referrals for traffic, reliability and page-usage statistics. It does not depend on accepting a Cookie banner and does not set an advertising identifier. Loopback development traffic is excluded.
Cookies and local storage
The public content pages do not require cookies. A mobile navigation preference is not persisted. If advertising, personalization, accounts or an external ordering system is later added, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated before that feature launches.
Sharing, retention and security
Base events and server logs are used for site operation and are not represented as anonymous in an absolute sense because network data can be identifying. Retention should be limited to what operations and security require. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process data to deliver the site. No internet system can promise perfect security.

You may use browser controls for cookies and send a privacy question to server@orderlagunabravamexicanrestaurant.com. The always-on cookieless base event is part of the site’s first-party operation rather than an optional advertising tracker.
